Instructions
- Users fill out feedback content and contact information → System sends a verification email → Please click the confirmation link within 3 hours after receiving the confirmation email to complete the email verification → System sends a verification SMS → Complete mobile verification → Confirmation completed → The receiving and dispatch unit of the institution receives the item → Distribute to various business units according to business attributes → Each business unit processes and replies
- Suggestions are processed on weekdays (Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm). The processing procedure takes approximately 2–10 working days to complete depending on the content of the suggestions.
- The system automatically sends a verification text message and e-mail to the visitor to verify whether the e-mail he/she has provided is accurate and to prevent others from using said e-mail address. If you have not received the verification e-mail after submitting your information and completing the mobile phone verification process, please check your e-mail junk mail folder and click on the verification link within 3 hours. The NPM will neither process nor keep the records of suggestions where the verification link has not been clicked on. If you are unable to receive the verification e-mail, please call our service hotline during business hours for assistance.
